- עֲלַלI ch. sam(עללto go about), esp. (corresp. to h. בּוֹא) to enter a town, a house ; to come in (interch. with עוּל). Targ. Prov. 11:2; a. fr.Y.Taan.I, 64b bot. מי ע׳ when he was going home.
